The Undertaker Expected To Make Appearance on SmackDown LIVE! Tonight

With SmackDown LIVE! getting prepared for the ultimate WWE World Heavyweight Championship match, between challenger, the beast James Ellsworth, and Champion AJ Styles, SmackDown has a chance of getting much more hectic. Multiple reports have spotted WWE Icon, the Undertaker, backstage at last night's RAW in Austin, Texas. Tonight's SmackDown LIVE! will be in Houston, Texas, and according to multiple reports, Undertaker is not only expected to be backstage, but also make an appearance on the show.

This is Undertaker's first appearance on WWE TV since the November 15th. 2016 episode of SmackDown LIVE!. As SmackDown went off the air, he told the men as Team Blue that were going to enter Survivor Series 5 days later, that if they lost, they all would face the wrath of the Undertaker. However, Team Blue did pull out the victory (in the men's elimination match) at the event, so that leaves the audience questioning what Undertaker would be doing, making an appearance on SD LIVE! It certainly isn't to congratulate them on their hard work.

So this had me thinking, what could Undertaker's reason for being on the show be? Then it came to my mind, as well as the minds of other reports. The Undertaker is coming back...

For AJ Styles.

Let's think about it logically here, how many serious contenders for the title does AJ Styles have right now on SmackDown LIVE!? Or faces, for that matter. Dolph Ziggler, Kane, Shane McMahon are the only ones that come to mind. Not a lot. So why not bring back the Undertaker, who is working his way back up to full health, to fight Styles for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, at the Royal Rumble? Headlines, headlines everywhere. Money for the WWE. A dream match fans have been waiting for. Why not at the event that kicks off the Road to WrestleMania, the event that has a history of making great matches, the Royal Rumble?

In San Antonio, Texas, Undertaker's homestate. Connection? I think so.

The feud could easily start tonight. Let's say James Ellsworth gets so close to taking the belt from Styles, but AJ powers through and wins the match. As he's celebrating, GONG! Lights go out for a while, lights come back on and the Undertaker is standing behind Styles, and attacks him with a chokeslam, Tombstone, and makes his message clear to Styles.

Or just cut a promo with Undertaker laying out the challenge to Styles for the Rumble, for the belt. But I like my way better.

What do you guys think of this news? Different ideas for the appearance? Let me know in the comments!

Rumor: AJ Styles to take on Undertaker at Royal Rumble?!

Originally, rumors were started about Styles vs HBK for the Royal Rumble 2017 after Styles tweeted a picture of a match card featuring himself and Mr. Wrestlemania. Many fans were hopeful but did not believe it was true as Shawn is retired and has been for a good while. Now another rumor has spread. Taker threatened Smackdown Live if they were to lose. People have been saying that this match because of this meaning that team Smackdown is probably going to lose unless they decide to have the match anyway. Regardless, if this match happens it is sure to be a classic. These two have put on some of the best matches in wrestling history and I am sure that this match would amazing. In a way most fans are probably hoping Team Smackdown lose now just so they can see this match. Its now also been rumored that WWE are planning on giving the Deadman one last run with the belt meaning that the Undertaker might beat "The Champ That Runs The Camp".

SmackDown LIVE 900th Episode Preview

Tonight, The Blue Brand of the WWE will celebrate its hugest milestone ever: its 900th ever televised edition of SmackDown (now SD LIVE)! An achievement that will be rightly celebrated tonight, but also the go home show to this year's Survivor Series, an event that is hyped to its core. With matches on the card to determine who is the more superior brand in the WWE, Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar, and two interbrand championship matches, the event is going to be pretty much finalized after tonight's show. In turn, I've created a short preview for the  milestone of SmackDown, leading up to the event.

Let's take a preview of SmackDown's biggest episode to date, the big 9-0-0!

Big Show, Big Title Match

There seems to be no other way to kick off the 900th episode like this! An Intercontinental Championship match between Dolph Ziggler and The Miz, who have very nice history together, to say the least. These two have created such a great feud and entertaining matches with each other, its impossible to ignore the thought of something special happening in this match as well. However, it can't be all the well good as there is a limited amount of time, but it is sure to do well however it turns out, as these two men know each other so well. The role of Maryse will play a big time role in this match, as she has helped prevent title reigns from changing before, but now we all can assume she's there to help get the title back around the waist of her husband. Dolph is always a fighting champion, and this match looks to be nothing but gold for SmackDown 900.

The Return of The Phenom, The Bearer of News

News reports have been blowing all over Social Media as it has been reported multiple times that The Undertaker will not only make an appearance on the 900th Episode, but also bring news about his status at WrestleMania 33. This is an especially interesting case, as many thought it would've been to advertise a late Survivor Series appearance, but that is now out of the question, and brings many questions to the minds of the fans. Will it be his last match? Who will be the opponent? These are just some of the questions that many of the fans want answered for the highly hyped return of the Deadman. An altercation with his WrestleMania opponent, earlier in the year, Shane McMahon, has a chance of happening, as McMahon is the Commissioner of the show. However, it can't be doubted that a return of the Undertaker is a must-see.

The Cutting Edge: Can Team SmackDown Live Stay on the Same Page?

Within 5 days time, all 3 finalized Survivor Series teams of SmackDown LIVE will go into battle against Team RAW, but the teams haven't exactly been the most friendly towards each other. However, the main concern is the men's division team, who have just one night earlier, failed invading RAW and prove a statement to RAW on their turf. This will likely frustrate the team and Team Captain, AJ Styles, who will continue to find a way to be together mentally. With the television return of WWE Hall Of Famer Edge, and his signature talk show, the Cutting Edge, Edge will be hosting the entire mens team, including team mascot James Ellsworth, in a segment that is sure to explode. After all, The Cutting Edge doesn't usually end in peacefulness. Will the team find a way to co-exist through Sunday Night? The Cutting Edge will help us find out.

Excited for SmackDown 900? Tell me in the comments.

Huge Undertaker Wrestlemania 33 News

It has been reported that Undertaker will reveal his Wrestlemania 33 plans on November 15th's Smackdown 900.

The news comes soon after it was believed that the WWE had been prepared with the deadman's opponent for a while before the event.

Many fans believed that Taker would probably appear on Smackdown to try and set up a late survivor series appearance, but now it appears not.

It is much more likely that the former will be what the Undertaker's services are required for as he has recently been seen on crutches, and a match this soon could cause some bad damage to his health.

Watch WWE Smackdown Live 900 tonight to see what happens.
